Motherhood

Motherhood has become an important part of my artistic practice. My journey to becoming a mother, including my experience with IVF (in vitro fertilization, a medical process that helps people conceive by fertilizing an egg outside the body), has deeply influenced the way I think about the body, hope, patience, and resilience. This experience has added another emotional layer to the stories I explore through my work.
